Pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this notice explains how we process the personal data we collect through this website, in particular through the contact form.

Data controller

The data controller is Chiara Codagnone, a self-employed professional, Italian VAT no. 02864880691, operating under the trade name webher. For any request about your personal data you can contact the controller at hello@webher.it.

Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you voluntarily provide: name, email address and, if you choose to fill them in, company, indicative budget and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

We use this data solely to respond to your request and to provide the information or proposal you ask for. We do not use it for marketing without your further, specific consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on the consent you give by ticking the relevant box when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Recipients of the data

The data is processed by our team and by the providers that supply our hosting and email services, appointed as data processors. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Transfers outside the EU

Where our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, this happens under the appropriate safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. To do so, write to hello@webher.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Whether providing data is mandatory

Providing your name, email and message is necessary for us to reply: without this data we cannot follow up on your request. The other fields are optional.

Automated decision-making

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
